Your data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s statutory or regulatory tasks, on the basis of the provisions of applicable law, on the basis of concluded agreements or on the basis of granted consent to the processing of personal data, for the purpose specified each time by the Administrator when obtaining the said consent.

Please be advised that you have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
Please be informed that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
We would like to inform you that if you become aware of any unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The provision of personal data is mandatory if the basis for the processing of personal data is provided by law. The provision of personal data is voluntary if the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, however, it is necessary for the performance of the contract with the Administrator, and failure to provide it may result in the Administrator’s inability to perform the service.
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were made available, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.
To the extent your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 5 Legal basis for processing personal data
We inform you that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
- Consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) RODO, Article 9(2)(a) RODO)
- the fact that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO)
- the fact that the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) RODO)

Personal data may be transferred by the Administrator to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as other entities permanently cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of concluded agreements, in particular, entities providing IT, accounting and human resources, legal, insurance and banking services.
We would like to inform you that your personal data are not transferred to third countries, i.e. Outside the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.
