Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email kontakt@jwrolnictwo.pl or by post to the company’s registered address
JW Rolnictwo Produkcja Nawozów ul. Ownia 53 08-500 Ryki by completing the appropriate form.
1.3. The goods should be returned to the Seller’s address at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days of notification of withdrawal to the address: Ownia 53, 08-500 Ryki.
1.4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

2. Complaints
2.1. In the event of defects in the goods, the Buyer may submit a complaint in written or electronic form.
2.2. Complaints should be submitted to the email address: kontakt@jwrolnictwo.pl or by post to the company’s registered address:

2.3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
2.4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
