General Provisions 1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Glebokuracja online store. 1.2. The Seller is JW Rolnictwo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Czereśniowej 98, 02-456 Warszawa, NIP: 7010346608, REGON: 146173954. 1.3. Contact with the Seller is possible via e-mail: kontakt@jwrolnictwo.pl or phone: +48 601 276 546. 1.4. The Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website.
Scope of Business 2.1. The Seller conducts sales of natural fertilizers through the online store.
Order Placement Rules 3.1. The Buyer places an order via the purchasing system available on the store’s website. 3.2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. 3.3. Orders are fulfilled exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Prices and Payments 4.1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys. 4.2. The Buyer can make payments using payment systems.
Delivery 5.1. Orders are delivered via courier companies or Poczta Polska. 5.2. Delivery costs are specified in the description of each product and are added to the order value. 5.3. The order fulfillment period is 1 to 5 business days from the moment payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
Right of Withdrawal 6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. 6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller via e-mail or in writing. 6.3. The goods should be returned to the Seller’s address at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
Complaints 7.1. In the event of discovering defects in the goods, the Buyer may submit a complaint in writing or electronically. 7.2. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@jwrolnictwo.pl or by mail to the company’s registered office address. 7.3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of their receipt.
Personal Data Protection 8.1. The administrator of personal data is JW Rolnictwo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Czereśniowej 98, 02-456 Warszawa. 8.2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 8.3. The Buyer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.
Final Provisions 9.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply. 9.2. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to the Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
